Avaya Project Manager
The Lucas Group is looking for a highly motivated individual
with a Bachelor's Degree who can relocate to the Chicago area. This person will be responsible in developing
initiatives to support long term strategies of the Telecom environment and contact center. THey will be responsible
for supporting and developing new technologies as the contact center grows and develops, manage vendor relationships,

Are you a Project Manager with Avaya Call Center project experience looking for an exciting
international project? We are looking for a Project Manager with Avaya Interaction Center and IVR experience to work on an exciting project on location
in Dubai, UAE. This can either be a full time hire with our client, or a contract for a predetermined amount of time (3 months, 6months, etc).
This client is looking for a strong PM with specific experience with Call Center implementation projects including the implementation of contact resolution
and call routing technologies (specifically Avaya, SIEBEL, and Cisco).
