QCAAU has been formed with the express purpose of joining together companies in the Quad Cities and surrounding communities in Iowa and Illinois who have Avaya Definity telecommunications equipment, so that we might share ideas and experiences and provide formal feedback to Avaya Communication in improving product functions, service issues and price performance.
