"What's New in CM 5.X"

CM 5.0 was introduced earlier this year. We will be covering feature and hardware enhancements that were introduced with this new release of Communication Manager. We will also be covering new bundles that were included with this release and a new pricing structure that began this past month (November 08’). With the release of CM 5.0, a suite of integrated management tools are also now included. These tools are: VMON- Voice Monitoring Manager CNA- Converged Network Analyzer NMC- Network Management Console SUM- Software Update Manager We will be discussing and showing some of these tools in action. Network Region Overview/Tutorial Network regions are used within CM for things such as IP resource allocation, WAN Call Admission Control, VoIP encryption and Codec Set assignment, and more… We will be covering an overview of Network Regions, how they are assigned and what they are used for.
